Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing with supervisory or management roles.
• Leadership: ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Problem-Solving: strong analytical and critical thinking to resolve issues.
• Communication: strong verbal and written communication for cross-department collaboration.
• Technical Knowledge: understanding of production processes, machinery, quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma), and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: plan and run day-to-day operations to meet production goals.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce health and safety protocols and regulations.
• Quality Control: maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Production Planning: develop schedules and optimize resource use.
• Financial Management: manage budgets and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Staff Leadership: recruit, train, and manage plant personnel.
• Maintenance Oversight: coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Reporting and Analysis: collect and report production KPIs.
