About the Role:

This role requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen, financial experience, and expertise in managing processes and projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence and fostering a positive workplace culture. We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to oversee our plant in Ocala, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Lead manufacturing excellence initiatives, ensure accountability, drive process improvements, oversee CQV for new equipment, develop strategies for COGS management, optimize costs, manage new product launches, create balanced schedules, ensure quality compliance, and promote TQM activities.

Leadership:

• Foster a culture aligned with our mission and values, invest in talent development, and guide operational and technical teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership with strong business and financial skills, process management expertise, experience managing multiple sites, knowledge of lean manufacturing and TQM, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or 7-10 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, with prior people management responsibilities.
• Experience applying lean tools, leading teams, and managing supply chain functions.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Morrison, TN, and Janesville, WI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and statistical packages; some transportation background.
