CMC Partners in Tennessee is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead a limestone aggregate operation. You will manage a small, close-knit team and drive daily plant performance.

This role requires expert knowledge of aggregate processes, strong mechanical instincts, and a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement. You lead from the front, own outcomes, and develop the team to sustain high productivity in a lean operation.
