The successful candidate will be hands-on, people-focused and able to develop managers while engaging with hourly teams, cross-functional groups, and senior leadership to deliver robust

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple aggregates sites, preferably multi-million-ton operations.
• Strong knowledge of limestone processing equipment and processes (crushers, screens, conveyors, wash).
• Proven ability to lead plant managers and hourly teams.
• Must live in, or relocate to Kentucky.
• MSHA Part 46/48 certification (preferred); valid driver’s license.

• Drive production, uptime and cost performance across a multi-site limestone operation.
• Coach and develop a team of Plant Managers and engage with hourly workforce.

CMC Partners has recently partnered with a well-established, growing construction materials organisation that is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead its aggregates operations in the Kentucky region.

This is a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for a multi-site limestone business producing millions of tons a year. The business is vertically integrated, with aggregates, asphalt and construction working side by side, and it offers a clear route into senior leadership for those who perform. This role is open because the previous Area Manager has been promoted into a senior divisional position. It's a proven launchpad for anyone with ambitions to progress into senior leadership.

• Certifications: MSHA Part 46/48 (preferred).
• Licenses: Valid driver's license.
