Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000+ (based on experience)

Overview:
Join a stable and growing manufacturing company in St. Louis as the Plant Manager! In this leadership role, you will oversee and enhance the core functions of the plant, focusing on operations, responsiveness, training programs, budgets, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in a thriving manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage plant operations, ensuring all functions are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations.
• Direct and mentor staff in plant operations, providing guidance and in-house consultation regarding operational improvements and management issues.
• Develop, implement, and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and effective business practices.
• Drive continual improvement in plant processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor budgets, manage resources, and establish production and quality standards to meet and exceed company goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Plant or Operations Management in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and drive meaningful change.
• Strong background in operations, manufacturing, safety, and lean practices.(5S and ISO experience needed)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective communication with staff.
• Track record of achieving results that meet or exceed production and quality standards.
