Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a Plant Manager in Skokie, IL. This full‑time, on‑site role leads production, quality, maintenance, logistics and safety, while owning the P&L and driving performance across the facility.

You’ll report to the Director of Operations, shape the leadership team, and influence how the plant runs as we expand. You should bring 5+ years of plant/production leadership, a proven ability to read and own a P&L, and a Lean mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plant or production operations leadership in a high-volume manufacturing, processing, or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Run production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and safety and the P&L.
• Lead from the floor and build a high-performing team.
• Report directly to the Director of Operations and influence plant operations.
• Oversee expansion and new facility setup as the company grows.

You're The Right Fit If You

• Have led plant or production operations in a high-volume manufacturing, processing, or distribution environment (5+ years)

• Bring Lean or continuous improvement chops to the table

A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.
