Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a Plant Manager for Skokie, IL. You will own production, quality, maintenance, logistics, safety and P&L, leading a high-volume operation. You report to the Director of Operations and shape how the plant runs daily.

We look for hands-on leaders who build teams, bring Lean practices, and drive results. This full-time role offers room for growth as we expand facilities and service capabilities in healthcare linen management.

Qualifications

• Have led plant or production operations in a high-volume manufacturing, processing, or distribution environment (5+ years).
• Know how to read a P&L and aren't afraid to own it.
• Lead from the floor, not just from behind a desk.
• Have built or rebuilt a team and made it perform.
• Bring Lean or continuous improvement chops to the table.
• A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of production, quality, maintenance, logistics, safety and the P&L.
• Lead the plant operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations and influence how the plant runs.
• Grow with the company as new facilities are opened and expanded.
