DSJ Global is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to oversee a high-performance filtration manufacturing operation in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on leading a team across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and EHS to drive world-class performance.

You will apply Lean principles to improve safety, quality, and environmental compliance while delivering production goals, reducing costs, and implementing standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5-7 years as Plant Manager.
• Experience leading teams of 100+ employees.
• Experience in air filtration or industrial equipment environments preferred.
• Turnaround and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Strong background in safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation while meeting production and quality goals
• Leading and developing direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS
• Overseeing day-to-day activities and coordinating all operational functions within the facility
• Driving strategic initiatives, Lean manufacturing efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance
• Identifying process improvements, solving complex operational issues, and implementing standardized procedures

The Plant Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation while meeting production and quality goals
• Leading and developing both direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS
• Overseeing day‑to‑day activities and coordinating all operational functions within the facility
• Driving strategic initiatives, Lean manufacturing efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance
• Identifying process improvements, solving complex operational issues, and implementing standardized procedures
• Full‑time, on‑site position with some travel required
