Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a plant leader to own production, quality, maintenance, logistics, safety, and the P&L at a high-volume operation. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and influence how the plant runs, shaping performance and people.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading plant or production ops, can read and own a P&L, builds strong teams, applies Lean or continuous improvement, and holds a Bachelor's in business or engineering as a plus.

• Built or rebuilt a team and improved performance.
• Applied Lean or continuous improvement principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is a plus.
