Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing, preferably aerospace fasteners.
• Knowledge of heading, forming, thread rolling, machining, tooling, and precision manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO quality systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, production planning, and team-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and delivery.
• Lead manufacturing of aerospace fasteners, nuts, and threaded components.
• Oversee heading, forming, thread rolling, machining, and grinding processes.
• Manage production teams, supervisors, and manufacturing personnel.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs such as production efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE.
• Ensure AS9100/ISO quality systems compliance and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.

• Manage overall plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and delivery.
• Lead manufacturing of aerospace fasteners, nuts, and threaded components.
• Oversee processes such as hot/cold heading, nut forming, thread rolling, machining, and grinding.
• Manage production teams, supervisors, and manufacturing personnel.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs including production efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, OSHA, and aerospace customer requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
