Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an experienced Plant Manager in Orlando, FL to lead a high‑performing filtration manufacturing operation. This hands‑on, people‑focused leader will drive safety, quality and Lean continuous improvement to achieve world‑class productivity.

You will oversee production, maintenance, engineering and EHS, mentor 100+ employees, implement standardized procedures, and champion cost reductions while safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams of 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation while meeting production and quality goals
• Leading and developing both direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS
• Overseeing day‑to‑day activities and coordinating all operational functions within the facility
• Driving strategic initiatives, Lean manufacturing efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance
• Identifying process improvements, solving complex operational issues, and implementing standardized procedures
• Full‑time, on‑site position with some travel required

• Experience in air filtration, industrial equipment, engineered products, or similar manufacturing environments preferred
• Turnaround and continuous improvement experience preferred
• Strong background in safety, quality, and environmental compliance
