Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Plant Manager for its Orange, TX facility. The successful candidate will lead a chemical plant, ensuring safety and efficient operations while managing a diverse team. This role requires a degree in Chemical Engineering and significant manufacturing experience. We have an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take a step up in their career and manage one of our Chemical Plants in Orange, TX not far from Port Arthur, Beaumont, and Lake Charles, LA.
The plant includes approximately 60 employees total with 7 direct reports. To be well positioned for this role, you’ll need to understand how to lead and optimize manufacturing operations at a plant producing chemicals (our chemicals are used for industrial water treatment applications) and servicing the Central US region. As the Orange, TX Plant Manager you will be responsible for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
