Job Summary: The Plant Manager oversees all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure profitability, adherence to customer specifications, and high-quality standards at Anita’s. They manage department heads to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintain a safe working environment, and collaborate with upper management to recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements. The plant manager also supports sales activities by analyzing product costs, attending food shows, and assisting customers as required.
