Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Plant Director to join their team. As a Plant Director, you will be part of the operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Plant Director

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $0 - $200,000

What's the Job?

• Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
• Review financial statements, production reports, and performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties.
• Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations and maximize investments.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.

• 13-15 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in a Plant Manager role.
• Strong people and team development skills.
