Resource Label Group seeks a Plant Manager for our Brooklyn Center, MN Operations team. This role leads day-to-day operations, drives safety and employee engagement, and guides overall facility performance toward customer and company goals.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in operations management, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing or related settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and HR.
• Proven experience in budget and financial management.
• Demonstrated track record of leading diverse teams through change.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and information.
• Excellent communication skills with adaptive style.

Resource Label Group is seeking a Plant Manager for our Brooklyn Center, MN Operations team who will be responsible for leading and directing a variety of activities to ensure a successful achievement of day-to-day and growth goals. The ideal candidate will influence a positive work environment that drives a proactive culture of safety and employee engagement, while providing leadership to the overall operations of the Cypress Multigraphics facility.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Manage the location’s budget by maintaining service levels to our customers while striving to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity standards to drive a “Best in Class” culture.
• Forward thinker and action-oriented Manager, with the motivation to lead a team with a “Have Fun, Get It Done” attitude.
• Collaboratively engage with local leadership to analyze safety, quality, production, and maintenance metrics; determine causes of nonconformity to improve operational excellence and inspire change.

Responsibilities

• Work with your team to manage day-to-day operations to execute business plans that align with company goals and overall strategic vision.

• Work collaboratively with other cross-functional leaders to best serve the customer’s needs.
• Proactively build and maintain Continuous Improvement deck and Capital Expenditure plans.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, execute necessary solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing setting with direct responsibility for safety, quality, reliability, production, and financial results; Label, Printing, or Packaging industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
• Proven experience in budget and financial management.
• Demonstrated track record of strong goal setting and ability to build, develop, lead, and motivate diverse teams through transformative change.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands, processes, and evolving information.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adjust communication style based on audience

Posted Pay Range:

130,000 - 180,000 annually
