On-site : Plant Manager (90k - 140k)

We have a client that has asked us to confidentially search for a full-time Multi-Site Plant Manager, for their facility south of Madison, WI. This dairy company has been in business for 40 years and is growing significantly, adding a new position. They are looking for someone with significant plant management experience and maintenance management experience, and able to oversee 4 plants in town.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or company-wide operations management within the food manufacturing industry

· Experience in training and mentoring management and staff

· Dairy/Cheese background preferred, food background required

· Knowledge of company products, production processes and product standards

· Ability to execute plans/projects through others

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprises resource planning (ERP) program

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
