Plant HR Manager Altopascio

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant HR Manager to join our Iberia and Italy Team. This role is pivotal in managing the Human Resources functions at our production plant in Altopascio (LU), ensuring a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of the production plant.

  • You will manage relationship and collaborations with the Unions

  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.

  • Ensure activities are carried out according to agreed HR processes and policies and comply with legal requirements.

  • Support and manage organizational changes and transformations within the plant.

  • Act as a speaking partner to HR Team and/or line management/employees, providing expert assistance and guidance on assigned activities.

  • Participate in projects at both local and international levels.

  • Contribute to a service culture to fulfill the service level agreement

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or business administration.

  • Proven and solid experience as an HR Manager/Business Partner in a production plant or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in Italian and English is preferred.

  • Experience with Workday system is a strong plus.

  • Natural team player with good negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to simplify complexity.
