Our Client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to lead and drive performance at a well-established manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Lead and mentor plant supervisors and frontline staff with a focus on training and workforce development.
• Implement and manage KPIs to improve efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leadership to align plant performance with company objectives.
• Foster a safe and compliant working environment.
• Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong “hands-on” leadership approach – not just office-based.
• Demonstrated success in training and developing employees.
• Background in automotive or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
