You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day plant operations, working closely with supervisors and production teams to ensure quality, safety, and delivery targets are achieved. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day‑to‑day plant operations across production teams
• Support and develop supervisors across multiple shifts
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
• Monitor productivity, quality, labour, materials, and equipment performance
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams to keep production aligned with business needs
• Mentor and develop employees to support long‑term growth and succession planning

What We’re Looking For

• 6‑8+ years of plant, production, or manufacturing leadership experience
• Background in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
• Engineering, industrial, or related technical qualification preferred
• Experience leading large teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong problem‑solving ability
