Job summary

Bookman Consulting is assisting a well-established manufacturing client in filling a Plant Manager role at their on-site facility in the Pico Rivera area. Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience and be fluent in Spanish and English.

You will lead the entire production process, manage the team directly, and carry full P&L responsibility in a fast-paced environment. This position offers stability, growth, and competitive compensation.

Job description

Our clientis a well-established Manufacturing Company who’s looking to hire a talented Plant Manager. This is an ON-SITE role at their facility located in the Pico Rivera area. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture. Here's a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom.

• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• Must be FLUENT in both Spanish and English
• Must have strong leadership skills with team-building capabilities
• Will be managing the entire production process from start to finish, managing the team directly, and reporting to senior leadership
• Will have full P&L responsibility
• Must be able to think critically in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Salary is likely $125k-$150k on the base + Bonus, Benefits including 401K match and PTO
