Role Description

This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance daily execution with long-term development of systems, processes, and people. The successful candidate will help create the structure necessary to support future growth while maintaining the responsiveness, quality, and culture that have contributed to the company's success. Deep experience with Lean manufacturing and TPS culture is critical.

The Plant Manager will help transition the operation from a rapidly growing organization into a mature, process-driven manufacturing operation capable of sustaining future growth. This role is not simply responsible for managing production. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing leaders, building sustainable systems, improving cross-functional coordination, and creating the operational foundation necessary to support the company's next stage of growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with the spanish language is required.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Plant Management and Plant Operations, including oversight of production lines, workforce planning, and facility performance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations, with experience optimizing processes, implementing Lean or similar methodologies, and managing KPIs.
• Solid understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements relevant to plant operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in using data to improve performance.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including remote collaboration with executive and functional leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or Lean/continuous improvement certificates are a plus.
