What We’re Looking For
  • At least 8 years of manufacturing operations experience, including a strong understanding of production scheduling.
  • Proven ability to streamline processes, improve productivity, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Previous ERP system experience.
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment, including splicing equipment, hydraulic presses, and panel‑trimming machinery.
  • Understanding of equipment capabilities, production outputs, and performance data.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills to work effectively with the production team.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • A hands‑on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively with supervisors and executive leadership.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Los Angeles area, with a manageable daily commute.
  • $125,000–$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Annual bonus
  • Medical insurance with PPO and HMO options, plus dental and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
  • 2 weeks of PTO, more with tenure
