We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our team in Hogansville. The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations, including hiring and training staff, reviewing production records, and coordinating with corporate management on budgets and safety procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Oversee all site operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
2. Develop and implement plans for smooth operations.
3. Meet production objectives and control costs.
4. Support site leadership and staff.
5. Maximize production output through planning and effective management of resources.
6. Coordinate with the Four Oaks location for sourcing raw materials and packaging.
7. Work closely with QA to ensure quality procedures and GMPs are followed.
8. Ensure employees are properly trained, understand their responsibilities, and are accountable.
9. Manage timely shipping and receiving processes.
10. Collaborate with personnel to reduce waste and rework.
11. Assist production managers with paperwork completion at each shift's end.
12. Implement company procedures and policies to meet objectives.
13. Ensure preventative maintenance, scheduling, and recordkeeping are maintained.
14. Maintain sanitation standards among employees.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience in manufacturing.
3. Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
4. Proven leadership skills.
5. Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and troubleshooting instructions.
6. Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
