Job summary

They are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead site performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Job Description

• Lead day to day production operations
• Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more
• Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives
• Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions
• Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949
• Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy
