Michael Page is seeking a Plant Operations Manager for a permanent role in Aurora, CO. You will lead day-to-day production operations, drive Lean/CI initiatives, and ensure the plant's performance stays in sync with corporate strategy while maintaining ISO9001 and AS9100 certifications.

The Successful Applicant will bring 7+ years of manufacturing leadership, full P&L responsibility, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executive leadership at site and global
