As a Plant Manager at Airgas, you'll play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the production and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases into cylinders at our industrial cylinder fill plant. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the industrial cylinder fill plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and Airgas policies.
• Lead and manage subordinate supervisors to provide effective leadership in a dynamic environment.
• Investigate and report injuries or accidents, resolving plant-related issues promptly to maintain safety and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient plant, with strict safety adherence.
• Coach staff and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Handle associate complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with pre-employment requirements.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives for production, equipment, and operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least five years of related industrial experience; Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred.
• Proficiency in computer usage for data entry, performance tracking, and reporting.
