As a Plant Manager at Airgas, you'll supervise and coordinate the production and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases into cylinders at our industrial cylinder fill plant. Lead a team, ensure safety, manage operations, and drive efficiency in a cutting-edge environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safety regulations and company policies are followed.
2. Lead and manage subordinate supervisors effectively.
3. Investigate and report injuries or accidents, resolving issues promptly.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe plant environment.
5. Coach employees and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
6. Handle employee complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with employment requirements.
7. Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives for production and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of related industrial experience; Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred.
• Proficiency in computer use for data management and performance tracking.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage high-volume paperwork.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in basic math and problem-solving skills.
• No specific licenses required.
