An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead its manufacturing facility in California. The Plant Manager is responsible for leading the Wilmington, California manufacturing facility to achieve operations goals and objectives regarding plant safety, environmental, quality, service, profitability, capital investment, cost reduction programs, strategic operations planning - all while maintaining a positive employee relations climate.
Managers of the Production, Engineering, Materials Management, WCM, Quality, and HSE functions report directly to the Plant Manager. The Plant Manager actively leads overall site safety and environmental initiatives to achieve and maintain world class performance and will direct and coordinate all operations related to production and shipment of roofing products produced at the Wilmington facility.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 17% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $155,610 to $249,210.
