Jobot is seeking a Plant Manager in Johnson City, TN to lead our custom manufacturing operations and engineered products. You will oversee a team of managers and production staff, drive growth and profitability, and ensure high product quality while meeting manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within the engineering industry.
• Proven experience in managing managers, custom manufacturing, engineered products, and P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, accountability and team development.
• Deep understanding of custom manufactured products and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
