LeoForce in Johnson City, TN seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee our custom manufacturing operations, engineered products, and production staff. This role emphasizes growth, meeting production goals, and strong P&L stewardship.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in senior management within engineering, with proven ability to manage managers and a solid manufacturing background. A Bachelor's in Engineering or Business is required; a Master’s adds value.

Qualifications
