Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology required.
• Eight+ years plant engineering/maintenance experience, with at least five years supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and utilities teams across three shifts; mentor supervisors and technicians.
• Drive plant performance through preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance programs.
• Manage plant ammonia refrigeration, boiler/steam, water systems, and waste disposal operations.
• Ensure compliance with PSM, training, documentation, and metric reporting.
