• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures using mechanical expertise
• Conduct routine inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and prevent failures
• Collaborate with production team to resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
• Maintain service records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all food processing equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and issues, utilizing technical expertise and mechanical aptitude
• Conduct routine inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and prevent failures
• Collaborate with production team members to identify and resolve equipment-related issues that impact production
• Maintain accurate service records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and procedures
• May be required to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
