Job summary
The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Maintenance-Master Technician in Massillon, OH to perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant facilities and equipment. This role stresses safety, PPE, and adherence to environmental and site rules while servicing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, reading schematics, and repairing components within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Industrial Maintenance Mechanic experience.
- 1 of: Industrial Maintenance Technician Certificate, Electrical & Controls Technician Certificate, or Mechanical Technician Certificate.
- Or 6+ years Industrial Maintenance Mechanic experience without certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
- Read pneumatic drawings and correlates prints to devices in the field.
- Utilize OEM manuals and proper PPE while working.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and store parts properly.
- Provide safe repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
