Job summary

The position requires 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong electrical skills (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs), and the ability to read schematics and P&IDs. A multi-craft approach and commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing or chemical plant environments.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, sensors, and three-phase power systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process equipment used in manufacturing operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, P&IDs, and maintenance documentation; document work in CMMS.
