Job summary

Flint Group is hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining and improving production equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure to support safe, efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or vocational cert preferred.
Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, P&IDs, and maintenance documentation.
Complete preventive maintenance activities and document work using CMMS.
Maintain compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
