The Hospital Maintenance Tech III is responsible for a dvanced maintenance and repairs on hospital systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment to ensure a safe and operational healthcare environment. This role also supports emergency response, preventive maintenance, and facility projects while coordinating with staff and contractors to minimize disruption to patient care.

Maintains and repairs equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems.
Maintains the building and its related systems.
Certified and/or licensed in a specific trade that is directly related to healthcare engineering.
