Job summary

Qualifications

• English is the primary language; bilingual skills may help based on business needs.
• Climb ladders and work with chemicals and cleaning products.
• Reading diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• High accuracy and ability to handle confidential information.
• Read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
• Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must pass a drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain production lines and associated systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Read diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform minor electrical repairs (e.g., lighting fixtures).
• Assist with preventative maintenance on all equipment as needed.
• Report and take action to prevent food safety/quality problems.
• Complete required checklists and records for building maintenance.
