Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Maintenance I in Greensboro, North Carolina to provide comprehensive maintenance support for production machinery and building systems. The role covers electrical, mechanical and control troubleshooting and repair across plant equipment.

The ideal candidate will perform welding, cutting, and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring safe and reliable operation of industrial systems and utilities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, communication, and controls maintenance of all plant machines and equipment.
• Carry out a wide range of general building and equipment maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheet metal).
• Weld and use metal cutting equipment.
• Work safely with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems up to 480 V industrial power.
• Troubleshoot PLC, robotic, HMI, and electrical systems in the facility.
• Move, set up and level machines; install guards and lubricate equipment.
• Coordinate and/or perform equipment preventive maintenance and programs.
• Disassemble, repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical units.
