Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in the United States is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform a full range of maintenance on production equipment, preventative maintenance, and building utilities.

Responsibilities include preventative and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment, install equipment, support utility systems (potable water, cooling water, compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, propane), troubleshoot, complete paperwork, and uphold 5S and safety.

Qualifications

Technical or trade school education preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Manual dexterity and safe tool handling.
Effective communication with team and management.
Familiarity with computer systems (MS Office, CribMaster).

Responsibilities

Perform preventative, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment.
Install production equipment and assist in building new equipment.
Install and maintain utility systems (potable water, cooling water, compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, propane).
Troubleshoot equipment problems and repair/adjust as needed.
Complete all paperwork, work orders, and inventory requisitions.
Prepare requests for equipment, parts, and supplies.
Support 5S and safe work practices.
Other tasks as directed by supervisor.
