Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul equipment across machining, electrical, plumbing and welding trades. You will maintain equipment records and administer preventative maintenance programs.

You will read blueprints, use basic tools, and follow OSHA guidelines while improving uptime and supporting Lean initiatives such as 5-S. The role involves safeguarding safety and quality in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of trade school or equivalent experience.
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans for plant-level construction.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in basic mechanical or electrical skills and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain machine equipment and hand tools.
• Troubleshoot problems beyond basic replacement across multiple trades.
• Administer preventative maintenance programs and record-keeping.
• Install, alter, and repair production equipment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5-S initiatives.
