Job summary

WM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Stericycle facilities in Colorado. You will perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment, ensuring uptime and safety compliance.

A strong focus on LOTO, confined space, and electrical safety is required, with on-call availability for urgent repairs. This role requires 0-4 years of maintenance experience; a high school diploma or GED, and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years experience in maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience with LOTO and permit confined space programs.
• Forklift, aerial lifts, and rigging equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to safety programs including LOTO, confined space, and related standards.
• Diagnose equipment and perform repairs; on-call for urgent repairs.
• Maintain Autoclave processes and PLC/controls systems.
• Maintain boilers, pumps, conveyors, valves, and electrical systems.
• Document results through CMMS and scheduled work orders.
• Assist Maintenance Manager to ensure safe, clean, and efficient facility.
