Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational/technical degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Experience with machine operators and plant production workers.
• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and multitask.
• Welding, electrical and mechanical experience in an industrial environment.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA/NEC codes.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Use CDL to travel between company facilities for maintenance tasks.
• Fabrication, welding, grinding, and torch cutting on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair down equipment (pneumatics, materials transfer).
• Communicate daily tasks with Supervisor/Manager.
• Prepare for upcoming projects to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safe, organized workspace and promote professional image.
