Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plant Maintenance Technician or Industrial Maintenance Technician.
• Strong mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance skills.
• Must have experience with motors operating on 480 volts.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on industrial plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Work with motors operating on 480-volt power.
• Install, repair, and rebuild industrial equipment and components.
• Support plant shutdowns, start-ups, and emergency repairs as needed.
• Perform basic fabrication, welding, and mechanical repairs as required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and lockout/tagout requirements.

• Maintenance-related certifications or technical training
