Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing team in Morristown, TN. The role offers a stable first-shift schedule, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery; perform preventative maintenance; work with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and read blueprints. Welding is a plus. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Install and modify equipment as needed.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain maintenance records.
