Qualifications

• Basic machine functions are required.
• Safety, Environmental, Quality and Company Policies knowledge is essential.
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic proficiency is required.
• Understanding blueprints, schematics, welding, wiring and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Improve quality and eliminate waste in processes.
• Stop operations not meeting customer or safety standards.
• Perform maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure day-to-day machine operation aligns with Quality System policies.
• Use tools and manuals to diagnose equipment failures and support improvements.
• Manage Safety Board activities and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
