Job summary

Idaho Pacific Colorado seeks a Plant Maintenance Tech II for a 24/7 processing plant. You will perform preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on processing equipment across all departments, ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Strong mechanical skills, ability to read manuals, and certification in LOTO, confined space, and forklift safety are required. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, inspection, testing, component removal/replacement, and documentation of all maintenance

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Tech school or job-related experience preferred.
Must be certified in LOTO, Confined Space and Forklift Safety.
Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, emergency and safety maintenance of processing equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Inspect, test, diagnose and replace parts or entire components.
Repair electrical components and mechanical drives as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of work and safety records.
Identify and address safety hazards and ensure housekeeping.
