Job summary

VCNA is seeking a Plant Maintenance Mechanic to install, maintain, and repair machinery and systems in our industrial facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure safe, efficient operation.

The role requires welding and cutting torch skills, basic electrical troubleshooting, and a strong commitment to safety. Overtime and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Welding/cutting torch skills and basic fabrication experience.
• Basic electrical understanding and safe work practices.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Repair, replace parts, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Dismantle and install machinery and pipe systems.
• Operate welding equipment and fabricate components.
• Maintain safety, order parts, and coordinate with supervisors.
