APAC Central Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Laborer to help keep plant operations running smoothly. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and assist skilled colleagues in repairs, ensuring peak performance of conveyors, gearboxes, and related systems.

Qualifications

• Previousexperience or training in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on conveyors and machinery.
• Operate heavy equipment such as Bobcats, skid steers, loaders, and man lifts.
• Inspect equipment daily and document findings per policy.
• Assist training of less‑experienced team members and support safety goals.
