Simmons Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a technical maintenance team and drive reliability at our Dubuque, IA facility. You will oversee daily maintenance, coordinate with engineers and vendors, and ensure safe, efficient repairs across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related work experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and safety and preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience leading a maintenance team preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily maintenance operations for assigned areas.
• Directs and supervises maintenance staff; ensures repairs are done correctly and efficiently.
• Works with engineers and vendors; improves reliability and reduces downtime.
• Promotes health, safety and environmental standards compliance.
