Arxada in Modesto, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance, ensure equipment safety and reliability, and partner with production and engineering to meet quality and throughput goals.

Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will drive preventative maintenance, manage work orders, support capital projects, and champion safety, regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, GMP) across the site.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree in a technical or related discipline preferred.
• 5 years of extensive experience in industrial maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of industrial electrical systems, OSHA requirements, automation technologies, PLC programming, and process controls.
• Experience implementing preventative maintenance strategies and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
• SQF certification and forklift certification, or ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while meeting production and quality requirements.
• Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, establish work standards, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs for critical manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and site leadership teams to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence.
• Support capital projects through planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Champion safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, including adherence to OSHA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.
